Please allow 2-3 days to process your order, during peak seasons such as September and October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month), processing times may take 2-4 days. Orders recieved after 3 p.m. will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow 7-10 postal working days for delivery for USPS parcel post shipping and 2-5 postal postal working days for Priority Mail once your item has been mailed. If your merchandise is needed sooner we recommend you select the Priority Mail option. PLEASE call if you need your order for upgraded shipping via Fed Ex. I will be very happy to accomodate your request. **Please note if multiple attempts are made by the Pink Ribbon Marketplace prior to you needing your merchandise and no follow up contact is made on the customers end until it is too late to get you the merchandise in time a 40% charge will be assessed.
All items are shipped out USPS. Charges are based on the total amount of your item and will be calculated at the time of check out. OVERSIZE PACKAGES/WEIGHT ORDERS: If our shipping costs exceed our shipping charges posted online or in the catalog, extra charges will be applied to the original payment source.If you have a special circumstance and need your item shipped immediately or need your package by a certain date please contact via phone call, e-mail or text at 901-921-2292 and I will call you back to make arrangements for delivery provided the merchandise is in stock. At check out, you can also make note in the memo section if you need your order by a particular date and we will be very happy to accomodate any request you have by shipping via another carrier if needed.
All USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail orders placed will recieve an email tracking number and will be sent to you as soon as the package ships out.
Priority Mail shipments via the USPS automatically comes with insurance up to the value of the package not to exceed 100.00. If you need additional shipping insurance, please make that noted in the memo section, if not, the the Pink Ribbon Marketplace is not liable for any amount due to the customer over 100.00 if the package is lost, damaged or destroyed upon delivery by the USPS. Shipping insurance on Parcel Post orders delivered by the USPS are OPTIONAL, but recommended as once items are shipped we are not responsible for postal loss, delays or damage if it is not insured. If insurance is needed, please indicate that upon check out in the memo section and we will be happy to adjust your purchase order and add it for the amount valued.
Please NOTE that Tennessee residents will be charged 9.75% state sales tax. All other states are exempt from taxes.
If the availability or an item on our store site is not currently available, please e-mail or call us. We will be happy to place a special order for you at no additional charge if that item is available through our vendors. If a vendor discontinues an item and we are not aware of it, we will call you to offer you a substitute item.
Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt goods in the original package and condition it was received in to get an authorization for a return. Once an order is placed it may not be altered or cancelled. A phone authorization number must be obtained by calling us prior to the return of any merchandise. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Once an authorization number is obtained a full refund less shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee will be applied for retail purchases. Sale item are not returnable unless there is a defect and we will replace the item for you at no attional charge. Pink Ribbon Marketplace will accept responsibility for the return shipping charges for broken or incorrect products sent out if notified within the 5 day time period. **Any items that have been marked on sale, final clearance or wholesale priced are not returnable or refundable. PLEASE NOTE: If proper processing time and shipping time is not taken into consideration and merchandise is received after an event NO refunds or returns will be allowed. We will make every effort to ship any order overnight or express if the customer makes us aware. We do strive for providing great customer service, but cannot return or refund merchandise if the customer does not allow proper processing or delivery time frames.
